A brilliant shop
A brilliant shop with a very knowledgeable staff. I bought an amazing new guitar here along with a few other bits I needed. I thought at first upon arrival the fact it is a half home theatre and half music shop made it odd but ended up buying some stuff for my home cinema as well. The staff on both sides are great to deal with and know what they are talking about.

Bought a 65 inch tv here
Bought a 65 inch tv here recently and the service was excellent brought the tv out to us a few hours later set it up made sure everything was ok took away our old appliances best place in my opinion to buy a tv or any other appliance must say new tv is a Philip's and much improved on the lg tv we previously had picture is excellent sound could not be happier.

Nothing short of exceptional
Have gone to FSV in the past for mic equipment and again recently for a turn table as a gift. Every experience I've had with them has been nothing short of exceptional.
The customer service I received between planning my sale and after sales support was absolutely second to none and I couldn't recommend them enough for anyone looking to buy anything related to AV or music.

Really helpful and honest
I’ve gone to these guys on numerous occasions for a variety of different problems and they are always really helpful and honest. Ranging from speaker cable queries, checking a secondhand turntable I bought to see if it was working correctly and changing the action/strings on an old guitar I had without any hassle - making it sound lovely and so easy to play.
Really sound lads, can’t recommend this place enough!

Excellent customer service
Purchased a lovely pair of EV active tops today . Must say excellent customer service and Cian was very accomodating in helping me test out the tops in store with live and playback setups , ensuring they are the suited product for my live performance needs . Thanks again lads
